Technical Project Manager

Role Objective

CMR+ is a leading Intelligent Document Processing Platform conceived and designed to process documents, images, and text at an enterprise scale. A generic solution is configurable by partners and clients. Capable of horizontal (across business and support processes) within a client, scaling within an industry in specific domains. Soon to be PaaS and SaaS enabled this is an exciting time to join the company to define and execute a global multi-channel product marketing strategy.

As a Technical Manager, you will need to maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes. Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high level of expertise and knowledge. Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards. You should be passionate about code quality, usability, and technology. Should excel at working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver great user experiences. Candidate should have a strong record of project design development, execution, and completion and have experience with agile development practices.

Professional Know-how

Academic: BSc/BCA/BE/ B. Tech / MCA / M. Tech/ MSc
Experience: The ideal candidate has between 8-12 years of experience, has managed enterprise software development, and has been engaged in deployment in high-performance environments.

Working Relationships

Internal: Internal stakeholders and management team
External: End client representatives (based on project requirements) 

Primary Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net, Web Forms, and Win Forms experience
  • Programming experience in C# and/or Python
  • Hands own experience in providing solutions/architecture to customers and in creating tools and in scripting languages
  • Experience in product development, maintenance, support, and implementation and in providing estimation using industry-standard techniques
  • Demonstrate expertise in application design and construction, work breakdown structure of items, design and code reviews, unit test and build activities, deployment and performance-related activities, documentation, support, and training/mentoring
  • Hands-on experience with WCF, WPF, VBA, etc
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or 2012- Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers will be plus
  • Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes, and ability to understand and implement client requirements
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Experience working on projects following Agile methodologies would be ideal
  • Ability to communicate the BRD requirements to Architects/Developers
  • Experience working with AWS or other cloud providers would be ideal


  • 8+ years of experience leading a team of developers either onshore or offshore – defining work breakdown structures/tasks, assigning the teamwork items, monitoring and ensuring quality and adherence to standards etc
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • Quick & eager learner and willing to pick up new tools/technologies in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
  • Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
  • Excellent process-oriented thinking to support the development of scalable processes
  • Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a fast-moving startup environment
